I am so proud of you for taking this first step so I made the first few steps very gentle, in fact the very first step is to go Shopping! Now some items you may already have on hand but check out the video below to check you do have everything you need before we settle into our journey together.

Part 1 does need some practice but every part after that will need a lot of work so take all the time you need in between parts, stay on one replay until you feel confident and strong then move onto the next part. 

Each Channel is set up with its own number of videos with a one off payment to access each Channel.
